So after an action packed couple of days I have now managed to add some more strings to my bow!

Wednesday saw me setting off in the rain to Gillingham to learn Brow Definition. There is a lot of hype in the press about the HD Brow or Scouse brow as everyone fondly calls them so I went to see what all the fuss was about, and I have to say its amazing!

Brow definition involves various steps which include tinting, waxing, plucking, threading, and make up to give you a fantastic, long lasting shape. I thought my brows were in pretty good nick as I thread them myself. However following brow definition they have been transformed and I love them! This is definately the way forward. Treatment costs £25 and you need it done about every 4 weeks, but it really lifts and frames the face.

Thursday saw me back in Ashford for the first part of my City and Guilds make up qualification. I have studied make up before but want to improve on my skills. Again, another amazing day! The best parts were correcting and concealing, and shading and highlighting the face. It makes such a difference the the finished look!

And for today I am off to the Excel centre to pick up my running number for the London Marathon on Sunday, wish me luck!
